My focus is residential real estate in Chester and Delaware Counties. Maybe the most important fact about me is that I love people, and I believe in the wisdom of real estate ownership. My wife and I have been successful real estate investors since 1992, and we currently own investment properties in both California and Pennsylvania. We are both passionate about real estate and evaluating it for investment potential. Prior to working in real estate full time I had significant experience owning and running a growing service, construction and engineering company that grew to cover much of the East Coast, as well as Texas, California and Arizona. My three business partners and I sold our business to Siemens in 2010 after Siemens identified us as the most successful business of our kind in the US.
